Spread through four days across 5 banquet halls, it was in itself a unique project involving a lot of pre-event recce, planning and time management. The conferences and meets were scheduled throughout the day for different time slots, on various different subjects. Every conference required a change of backdrop, setup and hall arrangement. Our team members deployed on-site for all the days made the required changes in a matter of a few minutes, right before the respective conference/meeting was to be held.

Apart from having extensive co-ordination with the organizer of the event, we also had a series of cordial discussions with the hotel management in order to make sure the general hotel regulations were all adhered to. Understanding the luxurious image of the hotel, the branding work had to be conducted in and extremely efficient and sophisticated manner. Our team paid special attention to this and ensured a smooth run before, during and after the event as well!
